Any order received from the Customer will usually be fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days. International shipments usually arrive in 5-10 business days, but may take 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on your country's customs processes and location.
Order shipping times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If the Customer orders an item that is not available or delayed, the Customer will be notified via email.
Orders placed for delivery in Japan will incur Japanese consumer tax at the current rate.
Items are dispatched only to the address entered by the Customer when placing an order. It is not possible to reroute packages. Any item marked « delivered » by the carrier is deemed to have been accepted and shall not be reimbursed for delivery failure.
International orders are typically shipped via Japan Post EMS service. Customs duty, local, import or other taxes may be applicable and will be charged directly to the Customer by the carrier.
If the Customer refuses delivery of an order for any reason, the Customer is liable for the original and return shipping charges and all duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on the package. The total amount for these charges will be subtracted from any refund.
The Customer must check the packaging condition and the number of parcels at the time of delivery. Should the items be damaged during transportation, the Customer shall send their motivated claim to the carrier within two (2) days from delivery. The Seller is not liable for any damage or defect caused in transit or due to the Customer’s mishandling.
The Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. For questions or concerns about delivery, the Customer must contact the carrier directly.
Late deliveries caused by the Customer, the parcel recipient, a third party or by an event of force majeure, does not allow for any cancellation of the purchase, or any damages or reimbursement.
The Seller will refund or exchange any non-sale item that is unworn and unwashed in original condition and in the undamaged original packaging if returned within 3 days of delivery of the order. If 10 days have passed from the delivery of the order, the Seller will not offer any refund or exchange.
All sales are final on discounted merchandise, including special discount code sales.
In the unusual case of a defect, the Customer must contact the Seller via firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery of the order. If the return is approved by the Seller, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued. The RA# must be marked visibly on the outside of the packaging of the returned order.
The Seller will not accept any return without a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
The Seller will confirm the return shipping address via email once the RA# has been approved.
Upon acceptance of the item for return, the Seller will process a refund within 7 business days, at which time the Customer will be notified by e-mail. The Customer should contact their credit card issuer to confirm when the refund has been processed.
Upon acceptance of the item for exchange, the new item will be shipped based upon availability.
The Seller reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
